The film is a modern-day parable about Lola Amparing, a religious widow, whose vulnerabilities are stirred by the arrival of Lucing, a nosy, meddling housemaid. It is also a stark tale of personal frailty, unhampered prayers and a dark secret that hides and taunts in a secluded brokendown shed.
